Down with the World Famous Beat Junkies and the Visionaries, Rhettmatic is known for his precision cuts and ill mixes. He assembled the excellent "World Famous Beat Junkies Vol. 2" compilation in 1998. Originally from Cerritos, Calif., Rhettmatic won the DMC West Coast finals in 1996. Alongside Beat Junkies cohorts Babu, J-Rocc, and Melo-D, he won the 1997 ITF World Team Championships. He can be heard cutting on LPs from Masters of Illusion, Zion I, Ras Kass, Styles of Beyond, and many others.
