This LP and its sample pack of styles became an unintentional how-to album, influencing the Christian rock and alternative movements during a pivotal developmental stage. "One Time" pairs reggae and hip-hop in seamless complement; "Whitehorse" is a melodic pop favorite; "Against the Grain" lays rap over driving rock; and "Osmosis Land" is a kitschy, house alternative.
