Monsta Island Czars
Founded by GM Grimm, the Monsta Island Czars take their identities from Godzilla movies.
Their lineup includes Jet Jaguar, King Ghidra, Rodan, Kamackeris, Spiga, Kong, King Caesar, Megalon, and Gigan.
The M.I.C. first appeared on MF Doom's classic LP, "Operation: Doomsday," on the track "Who You Think I Am?"
Their debut LP "Escape From Monsta Island!" was released on Rhymesayers, which also put out Micranots and Atmosphere.
Jet Jaguar, Rodan, and Megalon all have solo albums out on Grimm's label Day By Day Entertainment.
