P.O.D. put out three albums on the independent label Rescue Records before signing with Atlantic in 1998.
P.O.D. have appeared on MTV's "TRL" alongside teen heartthrob Carson Daly, who is a fan of the band.
P.O.D. formed in 1992 in San Diego. Their name is an acronym for Payable On Death.
