(NASHVILLE) - The Tulsa (Okla.) County District Attorney's Office declined to prosecute Vinnie Dombroskie, Sponge's lead singer arrested July 6 for violating the state's obscene language law while performing on the R.O.A.R. Tour. According to a police report, Dombroski used profane language at least 11 times during the group's performance, and police were waiting to arrest Dombroski when he left the stage at River Parks Amphitheatre. He posted bail at $5,566, which will now be returned.
