The outfit And Why Not? was founded at the end of the eighties and released a number of single issues, among them the 1989 7-inch offering “Restless Days”, which hit the shelves via the British label Island Records. “Restless Days” was also issued as a maxi-CD; that release included the bonus tune “Hey Na Na Make It Good”. In 1990 And Why Not? issued the full-length album “Move Your Skin”. It spawned the single release “Cage”/”Sally’s Gone”. Further 1990 efforts by And Why Not? included the 12-inch “Face” and the 7-inch issue “Something U Got”/”Diamonds”.
